We will experience the sensations of a rociero day, with its horse carriages watching the marshes, we will walk through a Dehesa with Iberian acorn pigs through the Sierra de Aracena and Los Pedroches, where we will taste the gastronomic delights of the area, we will go down to one of the caves more beautiful and we will dream in an old convent, or listening to the waves of the sea. We will walk through fields dressed as Vines and taste the wines of the Bollullos Par del Condado area, from the hand of its winemakers. Doñana, National and Natural Park, will receive us, where the Lynx lives, together with an immense fauna, a 4 × 4 truck tour passing through impressive dunes and trees.

It will be a day of fun and feeling in La Aldea del Rocío, where our hosts will welcome you to live a rociero day, next to the Hermitage and the Virgen del Rocio, the houses of the brotherhoods, or a walk through the marshes, the Raya and the Puente del Ajolí, next to a country lunch cooked by everyone in a private house of rociers.

One day in the Sierra de Aracena

Sierra De Aracena, there are those who say that it is the “North in the South”. We will enjoy a wonderful experience in a Dehesa from the year 1840, which will allow us to get closer to the world of the 100% Iberian acorn pig, its winery and a wine tasting together with its exquisite products.

Then we will enjoy the mountain gastronomy and kilometer zero, and be able to go down to one of the most wonderful caves, where the great extension of its lakes, the abundance and variety of formations, make this underground complex a set of great beauty and showiness.

Discovered at the end of the 19th century, it was in 1914 when it was opened to the public as the first tourist cave in Spain.

Wineries Route

Visiting Bollullos par del Condado, is to know a municipality with a centuries-old wine culture that is deeply rooted among its citizens. In Bollullos we find some of the best wines in the province of Huelva, where we find the orange wine so characteristic of the province.

We will walk through the fields where the grape cultivation marks the color of the fields, a unique experience where we will know the cultivation process enjoying the landscape and its wineries, although the authentic experience is to meet their owners, those who follow the tradition familiar, and make us love wine.

We will do a tasting of the wines, with Iberian tapas, or we can organize a pairing, or lunch in the winery, yes, only wine is drunk here.

The night will take you to dinner and rest

Doñana National and Natural Park

Doñana is a Spanish protected natural area located in Andalusia that has 104,970 ha. with a large extension of marshes where you can observe more than 300 different species of birds per year, being a place of passage, breeding and wintering for thousands of them (aquatic and terrestrial) European and African. * The sighting of animals depends on the time of year. The Lynx, deer or fallow deer, are other species that live in the park.

Going through movable dunes in a 4 × 4 or vehicle adapted to the terrain is a unique experience.

After a beauty that leaves no one indifferent, of the mixture of colors and nature, we will organize a lunch in a place next to the beach, and be able to enjoy a seafood menu.

La Rabida and Palos de La Frontera
